Is SunbizPro the official Sunbiz website?+
No. SunbizPro is an independent filing service operated by Aurelian Advisory Group LLC. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Sunbiz, the Florida Department of State, or any government agency. The official state website is dos.fl.gov/sunbiz.
What does it cost to form a Florida LLC?+
Florida’s required formation fee is $125: $100 for the Articles of Organization and $25 for the registered-agent designation. Our Formation package adds a $99 one-time service fee, for a total of $224. Guided Launch is $199 plus the $125 state fee, totaling $324. The $25 designation fee does not pay for a private registered-agent service.
What information will I need?+
You’ll need your proposed LLC name, principal and mailing addresses, registered agent’s name and Florida street address, the agent’s consent, and information about the person authorizing the filing. We’ll explain the information required before preparing your documents. Do not send Social Security numbers or card details through our inquiry form.
How long does formation take?+
Florida’s processing times vary. We submit only after your details, authorization, and payment are complete. The state reviews and decides whether to accept the filing; we do not guarantee approval or a specific formation date. See the state’s current processing dates.
Is a registered agent included?+
No. You must designate a registered agent with a Florida street address who agrees to serve. You can provide an eligible individual or a registered-agent business. If you use a separate registered-agent provider, that provider’s fees are additional.
Are there ongoing fees or subscriptions?+
Our formation packages are one-time services with no required SunbizPro subscription. Florida requires an annual report and state fee to maintain your LLC. Other costs, such as a registered-agent provider, may apply depending on the services you choose. We’ll distinguish those costs from your formation package.
Can I file directly with the state?+
Yes. You can file directly through the official Sunbiz website and pay the applicable state fees without our service fee. Our service is for people who prefer help preparing and submitting their formation paperwork. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal, tax, or investment advice.
